PALATE
This vintage overtly leads with varietal shiraz … the cabernet weaving all together, covertly propping up its structural underpinning and grip. Contented varietal notes enhanced by an earthy vegetable and tobacco leaf imprint. Medium-bodied - structurally defined, with supportive tannins (rounded, polished) and well-disguised oak. Yes, signs off on the earlier aromatic promise.
