Volume : 750ml , ABV : 13.0%
Syrah and Tempranillo were cold macerated at 10ºC during 12-24 hours. Cabernet Sauvignon was treated more in the traditional way. Varieties were fermented separatelyin stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 28 and 30ºC. The wine underwent a light clarification and was then ready for bottling.
Cold meats, chicken and grilled or roasted meats, ricedishes, grilled vegetables and pasta. It also makes a good pairing with contemporary dishes.
Intensity and brilliance. A dark cherrycolour with garnet hues.
A frank, intense aroma. Very fruity notes reminiscent of red and cranberries combined smooth spicy, toasty notes.
Intense, with soft tannins, really pleasant. Berry notes stand out. A very supple and expressive mouthfeel revealing slight toasty notes. Medium body, persisteant with a pleasantlylong finish.
