BUHO wines have achieved the challenge of macerating grapes together with different maturation dates, a percentage of grapes where over maturated meanwhile the rest, was harvested in the correct maturated time. The three varieties present in each label are crushed and fermented together in stainless steel tanks where are macerated during 4 days with cold temperature. After, selected yeast are added fermenting during 8 days at 26 °C. After the fermentation, french and american oak barrels are used during twelve months.
